Cold Process Soap Ordering:
If out of stock, how far in advance do you think I should order my soap favors?
My standard turnaround time for soap favors is 4-6 weeks.
Traditional cold-process soap must “cure” before it is ready. During the curing process, water slowly evaporates from the bars allowing the soaps to harden.
4-6 weeks is the minimum amount of time required to complete your order and ensure it ships to you on time :)
You're welcome to order further in advance if you prefer!

Candle Troubleshooting & Care
Tunneling: Tunneling can be caused by not allowing your wax pool to melt to the sides of the jar with each burn.
Burning Unevenly: If your candle is burning to one side of the jar, but not quite to the other, this is likely due to a draft or burning on an uneven surface.
Black Smoke and/or Crackling Sound: Extinguish the flame, trim your wick to 1/4” and re-light!
“Wet Spots” on Jar: This is not water, Soy wax expands and contracts from the sides of the jar with temperature fluctuations. This will not affect your candle.
Crystals on Wax: This is the natural wax recrystallizing and is totally normal. This will not affect your candle.
Wax Turning Yellow: This is a normal occurrence in some fragrance oils and does not affect the candle.
Soap Storage
How should I store my soap?
To ensure your handmade soaps last as long as possible, always keep them on a well-drained soap dish and allow the soap to dry between uses.
Soap left in standing water can become soft and will not last as long.
Store unused soap in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight if possible.
If you live in a very humid environment, it may be best to store your soaps in an air-conditioned room.
